Wellness is a $6.8 trillion market. Your customers are already spending in it.

The Money Is Already Moving

The global wellness economy hit $6.8 trillion in 2024 and is forecast to reach $9.8 trillion by 2029. In the US alone it's more than $500 billion a year, and 84 percent of Americans call wellness a top or important priority.

Your Buyer Is In This Room

Millennials and Gen Z make up about a third of US adults but drive more than 40 percent of all wellness spending. That's exactly who walks through the door on August 29, and they're already in the habit of paying for this.

Attention You Can't Buy In A Feed

A paid impression buys you two seconds and a thumb scroll. This buys you three hours in the same room as people who already care, with your name on the night and your team actually talking to them.

What This Actually Is

Not a trade show. A night out.

ERA Club is where wellness meets nightlife. Pilates, pickleball, cold plunge, fitness challenges, a DJ, and a vendor village, with zero alcohol and nobody writing off their Sunday. We've been running these across South Florida since 2025. August 29 is the first one in Ohio, which is exactly why the title is worth taking now instead of later.

The Night

  • Doors at 6:00, things kick off at 6:30
  • Pilates, pickleball, and fitness challenges running all night
  • Cold plunge and recovery zone with SweatHouz
  • DJ, social hour, and the vendor village open the whole time
  • Photo and video team on site the entire event
  • Pickle and Chill, 880 W Henderson Rd, minutes from Worthington, Clintonville, and Upper Arlington

What Sponsoring Solves

  • You stop paying to interrupt strangers and start standing in front of your actual customer
  • Three hours of face to face time, not a two second scroll past your ad
  • A room of people already spending on how they feel, look, and move
  • A lead capture setup we help you build, so you leave with contacts
  • Photos and video of your brand you can run in your own marketing all year
  • Your name on every ad we buy, working weeks before doors open
We want your brand to elevate this night. But if you leave without new customers, we didn't do our job.

Leads You Actually Keep

We'll help you set up your station to capture leads properly. A QR code, a sign-up, a giveaway entry, whatever fits how you sell. You leave with contact information you can market to, not a pile of business cards.

Content You Keep

Our photo and video team is there all night. You walk away with real footage of your brand in a real room, which beats another stock photo nobody believes.

Reach Past The Room

Our paid ads, email and SMS list, socials, local press, and every other partner sharing it puts your name in front of Columbus whether or not they buy a ticket.

Sponsorship Levels

Two levels. One presenting sponsor.

The difference is simple: one puts your brand in the event's title, the other puts it everywhere inside the event.

There is one Presenting Sponsor, and one brand per category in the room either way. Print and paid creative lock about two weeks out.

Neither one quite right? We'll build one that is.

A multi-event deal across the Columbus calendar, sponsoring one piece of the night like the cold plunge or the DJ, a private event we produce for your people, product in the goodie bags, or a trade instead of cash. Tell us what you're actually trying to move and we'll shape it around that.

Before You Ask

Questions, answered.

The Title
What does presented by actually mean?

The event carries your name. Wellness Gone Wild Columbus, presented by your brand. That goes on the flyer, the landing page, the ticket page, every paid ad we run, the press release, and the signage. Anyone who hears about this event hears your name attached to it.

Why is the launch rate lower than what it'll be later?

Because you'd be taking a bet on a market we haven't run yet. Columbus is our first Ohio event. Whoever takes the title now gets it at the founding rate, and that rate goes up for every Columbus event after this one.

Can two brands present together?

No. There's one Presenting Sponsor and the title isn't shared. That's the entire point of it.

What if we want the title but not a booth?

That's fine, and more common than you'd think. Some brands want the naming and the content and would rather not staff a table all night. Tell us and we'll restructure the package around what your team will actually use.

Can we lock the title for future Columbus events too?

Yes. Presenting Sponsors get first right of refusal on every Columbus event after this one. If you want to lock a set of events now at a fixed rate, say so and we'll put together a season deal instead.

For Your Team
How do the comp tickets work if we have multiple locations?

However you want to split them. Most brands divide them across sites and let each team hand them out, or run a small giveaway per location. We'll send you a clean graphic and a sign-up link either way.

Can we capture leads at the booth?

Yes, and you keep everything. QR codes, a tablet, a paper drawing, whatever your team already uses. We'll place you where the traffic actually is rather than in a corner.

Can we use the photos and video in our own advertising?

Yes. Everything we deliver is yours to use in your marketing, your socials, and your sales materials, with no expiration and no extra licensing fee.

Could you produce a private event for us instead?

That's a real option and a few brands have asked. If something on your own property or for your own people is closer to what you want, tell us and we'll price it separately. It doesn't have to be either or.

Will people who aren't into fitness feel out of place?

No. The classes are optional and plenty of people never take one. There's pickleball, a vendor market, a DJ, and a lot of standing around talking. It's a Saturday night, not a bootcamp.

The Numbers
Why sponsor a wellness event specifically?

Because it's where the spending already is. Wellness is a $6.8 trillion global market, more than $500 billion a year in the US, and the 25 to 44 group in this room drives a disproportionate share of it. You're not trying to create demand in front of this crowd, you're putting your name in front of people already in the habit of paying for how they feel.

How many people will actually be there?

Our events have drawn between 150 and 400. For the Columbus launch we're building toward 200 or more. We'd rather give you the real range from past events than a number we can't back up, and we'll keep you posted on ticket pace as we get closer.

Who shows up?

Mostly 25 to 44, household income roughly $75K to $150K, a real mix of men and women. They're the group that outspends everyone else on health and wellness, and they stay for the full three hours instead of dropping in for ten minutes.

How are you filling the room?

Daily paid ads geo-targeted to Columbus, local creator partnerships, local press through our Columbus PR partner, our email and SMS list, and every partner sharing it to their own audience.

What do we get afterward to show it worked?

A recap with attendance, reach on the paid and organic campaigns, the photos and video, and whatever we set up to capture leads at your booth. If there's a specific number your team reports on, tell us before and we'll build the tracking in.

Logistics And Money
What time does your team need to be there?

Setup opens at 4:00 PM and needs to be done by 5:45. Doors at 6:00, event runs to 9:00, breakdown the hour after. We clean the space ourselves.

Where exactly is it?

Pickle and Chill, 880 W Henderson Rd, Columbus OH 43214. North side, minutes from Worthington, Clintonville, and Upper Arlington, with parking on site.

What do you need from us first?

Your logo as a PNG or vector, your Instagram handle, and your COI if you carry one. The sooner we have the logo, the more print and ad runs it makes.

When's the real deadline?

Print and paid creative lock about two weeks out. After that we can still add you to signage and digital, but you'd miss some of the runway you're paying for. Earlier is genuinely worth more here.

How do we pay?

We send an invoice you can pay by card or transfer. Your level is confirmed once it clears, and we don't hold a title spot on a handshake.

What if we have to cancel?

14 or more days out, we roll your fee to the next Columbus event. Inside 14 days we've already paid for print and ads carrying your name.

The Event
Is there alcohol?

No. ERA Club events are alcohol free. The venue's bar operates on its own, but nothing we serve or promote has alcohol in it. For you it just means people are still sharp and talking to your team at the end of the night.

Has this worked in other cities?

Yes. We've been running these across South Florida since 2025, including sold-out events. Columbus is our first Ohio market, and the plan is for it to become a regular one.

Will our brand be next to anything we wouldn't want it next to?

No. We curate the partner lineup, your category is locked, and you'll see the full list before the event. If something doesn't sit right with your team, say so and we'll handle it.

Who would we be working with?

You'd work directly with the ERA Club founder on this, not an agency in the middle. Fast answers, and anything we agree to is a decision, not a request going up a chain.
